Shaping the Future: Our Voice in Irish Education

It has been a busy and inspiring month for our school community as we’ve stepped beyond the classroom to help shape the national landscape of education.

The National Conversation on Education On January 19th, we were incredibly proud to see our students, staff, and parents sharing their perspectives at the National Conversation on Education. Hosted at the Cork Education Support Centre, this was a vital opportunity to contribute to a collective vision of what education can—and should—look like in the years to come.

Refining the New Music Specification The momentum continued on January 29th, when our senior music students joined management and staff for a consultative meeting with the NCCA. Our students provided direct feedback on the draft Senior Cycle Music specification, ensuring that the voices of those currently in the thick of the curriculum are heard at the highest level.
